Due to our ongoing success we now require responsible and experienced telephone negotiators to join our highly successful team. The main function of the role is the recovery of seriously overdue and non-paying accounts within a range of industries (Finance, Telecommunications, Utilities and Retail). The ability to negotiate the most appropriate resolution dependant upon the debtor's circumstances, the age and balance of the debt is essential. Knowledge of relevant legislation would be an advantage although full training will be given. OTE %uFFFD22 - 25k can be expected after an initial training period.

TW000001 Customer Services Assistant
Assisting all teams within the Customer Services department to include opening of post, document scanning and data input. The role requires keen accuracy as duties will also include dealing with customer accounts and client queries whilst adhering to various regulations and guidelines. Strong attention to detail is paramount as the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
